Tara Monnig Hardesty
Tara has over 20 years of experience in the shopping center industry. She has had the pleasure of working with several of the most prominent development and management companies in the country, on a wide range of retail assets. Tara has an extensive depth of marketing expertise, allowing her to develop creative solutions and programs that result in a positive return on investment.
In 2005, Tara launched a consulting business, Monnig Marketing Inc. and immediately found success in providing comprehensive marketing solutions delivered by customized teams. In 2009 Monnig Marketing became The Marketing Method Group, Inc. providing high-level marketing counsel to real estate developers and management companies.
Prior to launching her business, Tara was the Regional Vice President of Marketing for Madison Marquette, a national shopping center development and management company. There she supervised the development and management of marketing programs in more than 15 retail environments throughout the West Coast region. This included the branding and re-branding of multiple West Coast developments, including Two Rodeo in Beverly Hills, Manhattan Village Shopping Center in Manhattan Beach and the $400 million Bay Street urban renewal project in Emeryville. She also spent six years as the Director of Marketing at Donahue Schriber, managing a portfolio of 32 neighborhood, community, regional and power centers, $2 + million in marketing budgets, more than 1,000 tenants and 8 million square feet of retail space.
Tara is a member of ICSC, ULI and CREW San Francisco, most recently serving on the CREW SF Board of Directors for three years.
Lisa is an experienced professional with more than a decade of creating and implementing marketing programs in diverse sectors, including the retail shopping industry and professional sports. Her responsibilities have included campaign development, execution, sponsorship sales and strategic communications. With the goals of increasing brand awareness, growing market share, and driving sales, she is credited with the creation of successful media promotions, public relations, and event marketing efforts. She prides herself on delivering unmatched results and providing excellent customer service. She is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities.
