Montclair Plaza & Moreno Valley Mall
Two long time shopping favorites get a new plan, and a new look.
Cushman & Wakefield took over the management of Montclair Plaza and Moreno Valley Mall in Summer 2011. The properties had been for sale for several months and as a result the marketing programs had been put on hold.
Cushman hired TMMG to provide immediate support and to the marketing programs off the ground. Both properties had put all marketing efforts on hold and as a result nothing was planned as peak selling seasons approached.
TMMG began to evaluate the situation and to create a marketing action plan and budget through year-end. TMMG met with the on-site teams, brought in branding resources and began moving forward on all aspects of the marketing efforts.
Within a month a draft plan and budget were created and used by the teams as a blueprint for moving forward with marketing. Immediate steps were taken to develop programs for upcoming selling seasons and to develop new branding for the properties.
